Welcome Fateme
Fateme Atayi joined the AIMI/CAIDAS lab as a PhD student in February 2025. She holds a Master’s degree in Computational Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, with specialization in medical image and data processing. During her master’s studies, she focused on applying deep learning techniques to analyze and process X-ray images. In her PhD research, she is developing machine learning-based device enhancement techniques for angiography data in collaboration with Siemens Healthineers in Forchheim, under the supervision of Prof. Katharina Breininger.
