Sweta Banerjee joined HS-Flensburg as a PhD student under the supervision of Marc Aubreville (Hochschule Flensburg) and Katharina Breininger. She holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computing from Banaras Hindu University, India. At HS-Flensburg, she contributes to the MUROMI project, which focuses on robust and accurate mitosis detection across multiple tumors, species, laboratories, and scanners. Her research interests include self-supervised learning, domain adaptation, and multi-modal approaches in histopathology, aiming to advance AI-driven medical image analysis.
