AIMI @ ISBI 2023 in Cartagena de Indias
Researchers from the AIMI group presented their latest work at the 20th IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI 2023), held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, from April 18–21, 2023. Organized by the IEEE Signal Processing Society and the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society, ISBI is a leading international forum for advances in biomedical imaging.
The following contributions were presented:
– Frauke Wilm: Mind the Gap: Scanner-induced domain shifts pose challenges for representation learning in histopathology
– Luis Carlos Rivera: Employing Graph Representations for Cell-Level Characterization of Melanoma MELC Samples
– Mathias Öttl: Improved HER2 Tumor Segmentation with Subtype Balancing using Deep Generative Networks
We are happy to have contributed to ISBI’s scientific program, which continues to foster the exchange of research at the intersection of imaging, machine learning, and clinical application.
